Last updated: 2026. This policy explains what information Rida collects and how it is used.
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information included in that conversation.
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. Rida does not receive or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details — Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy and security practices.
We use your information to process and ship orders, provide sizing and styling support, respond to customer service requests, and send order-related emails (confirmation, shipping, and support updates). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We rely on trusted third parties to run the store: Stripe for payment processing, WhatsApp for styling and order support, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep your shopping bag saved between visits. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing concierge@rida.com.
Rida is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
